Enrolment in the Master of Sustainable Development Goals

To encourage and support students who plan a career in sustainable development to enrol in the Master of Sustainable Development Goals programme
Value and Tenure
The value of the scholarship is $5,000 which will be allocated to the student fees account for studies in 2020 to assist with the payment of the tuition and non-tuition fees.
The scholarship is offered once only in the first year of enrolment.

••Must be intending to enrol in the Master of Sustainable Development Goals programme
•Have applied for admission into the Master of Sustainable Development Goals programme by 30 November 2019
The scholarship is open to both domestic and international students. Both full time and part time students are eligable to apply.
The selection committee will consider the following:
•The applicant’s academic transcript showing the GPA of the qualifying degree
•Applicant’s CV (3 page maximum)
•Personal statement by the applicant (up to 400 words) regarding their interest in and commitment to sustainable development.
The selection committee will comprise of the Head of Academic Unit (or nominee) and two academic staff involved in teaching into the Master of Sustainable Development Goals.
Conditions of the Scholarship
Students must enrol in at least 131704 and 131709 in 2020.
The selection committee may take account of other scholarships and bursaries held by the applicant with a view to achieving a reasonable distribution of available monies among qualifying candidates.
