Kuen teaches quantitative Econometrics and Financial Asset Management in the Masters Programme.  Prior to Massey, Kuen worked for the largest multinational bank in the Southern Hemisphere, Commonwealth Bank Group.  Her research has been presented at top finance conferences, schools such as FMA, CTBC .  She has been selected for the FMA Program Committee on many occasions and received numerous university, conference research grants as MURF, SIRCA and international study scholarships.

Additionally, Kuen is in charge of all the teaching assistants (20 staff) in the school and grew up in Fiji.
