The presentation considers the seminal question, "what does it mean for a Māori nurse doctoral student and a non-Māori nurse academic to work in a bi-cultural supervision partnership". The presentation will be of interest to all Māori doctoral students and especially those that who receive supervision from non-Māori supervisors.
