Just received a new desk phone and unsure of what the next step is. Follow these steps to get yourself on track:


 

1. Download and install Lync

2. Customise your voicemail

An automated voice mail says your last name then first name. Click the relevant link below on how to customise:

4. Phone directory

The staff phone directory allows you to search on first name, last name, department, extension and/or location. Searches are are not case sensitive. Results are limited to 100 for security reasons.

NOTE: The desk phones are pre-logged in however you can personalise your Lync PIN here.
