ITS manages the Massey telecommunications network, services and equipment.
Mobile communication services are negotiated and coordinated by Information Technology Services (ITS) with the aim of providing cost effective and efficient services that meet the needs of University staff.
Microsoft Lync is the latest and greatest iteration to Microsoft's VOIP communication service. In particular you can talk to people, even face-to-face meetings by using webcam and chat through instant message.
Phone services have been migrated to Microsoft Lync.
The staff phone directory allows you to search on first name, last name, department, extension and/or location. Searches are are not case sensitive. Results are limited to 100 for security reasons.
