Where did my call go?

Sometimes by accidentally pressing the home button or the back button it is possible on a Lync handset to return to the phones home screen and the call "disappears". This can happen while in a call, or when a call is on hold, or when a call has been parked.

 The call will still be active, or on hold, or parked, only the call information will no longer be display on the phone’s screen.  

There will be an active calls icon displayed on the screen, with the number of active calls beside it.

To return to the call information screen press the select button.
