Consider what your attendees can and can't see

Not all devices/clients/apps can see or access all of the meeting tools. Check with your attendees on whether they can see what you’re sharing.

Mobile devices can see shared content from Video Conference endpoints and the Lync client.

The limitations of Video Conference rooms 

Remember that Video Conference endpoints (the devices used in Video Conference rooms) are not computers. They can only send and receive audio/visual information. They can’t send or receive files, or run applications or plugins. So attendees in Video Conference rooms will be able to see shared screens (a video feed) but will be unable to see Instant Messages (a
plugin) or receive shared files.

In addition, it is difficult to tell who has joined the meeting from a Video Conference room. If the meeting organizer has turned on entry and exit announcements, an announcement will be made when someone joins or exits the meeting. This setting needs to be in place before the meeting commences.
