Can I block an uninvited person from joining the online meeting?

Yes, but it must be done by a Presenter using the Lync client on a computer.

Prevent unwanted attendees from joining the meeting

Protect the privacy of your meeting before your meeting begins by changing the meeting option settings. You can make all attendees wait in a lobby first (see how on Windows or on Mac). You can then accept or deny each person entry into the meeting.

You can also change the meeting options during the meeting to lock people out (see how on Windows or on Mac).

Remove unwanted attendees from the meeting

If they've already joined the meeting, you can remove them from the meeting. Right click on their name, then select Remove. To prevent them from re-joining, you will need to lock the meeting by changing the access settings in the meeting options.
