New information following the change in COVID-19 alert levels. massey.ac.nz/coronavirus
When signing in, make sure that you've opened up the Advanced settings and entered your Massey credentials.
Massey staff should sign in with their Massey email address (e.g. J.Smith@massey.ac.nz) and password, and select Advanced Settings to add their Massey credentials: MASSEY\username (e.g. MASSEY\jsmith).
This is due to a slow connection. Restarting the device and reconnected to the wireless network seems to help.
