All Massey staff have a static meeting link and Conference ID number allocated to their username. When you create an online meeting, your static meeting link and Conference ID will, by default, be used as the meeting details in your email invitation. Your static meeting link and Conference ID does not change from meeting to meeting, but you can change it by resetting your Conference information.
You can generate a dynamic (or unique) Conference ID and meeting link for each meeting to better protect your privacy.
