My Video Conference room is not connecting to the Lync/Skype for Business online meeting

Your room may not have been registered. Unregistered rooms at Massey are treated like external Video Conference rooms. Dial the Conference ID followed by the Massey address e.g. 123123@rpuc.massey.ac.nz or 123123@130.123.96.164.

If you're still having issues, contact your Booking Coordinator in the first instance. If they're unable to help you, contact the Service Desk.
