Your room may not have been registered. Unregistered rooms at Massey are treated like external Video Conference rooms. Dial the Conference ID followed by the Massey address e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
If you're still having issues, contact your Booking Coordinator in the first instance. If they're unable to help you, contact the Service Desk.
