Having problems logging in?

If you are having issues logging into one of the following systems, here are some things you can try.

  • Stream
  • Mediasite
  • Library

Logging in at Massey

If you are trying to connect to one of the above resources, here are some things you can try.

Solution A: Open a private session in your web browser

For example, in Internet Explorer or Edge, use InPrivate; in Chrome, use the incognito window; or in Firefox, use New Private Window.

Solution B: Run the browser as a different user

  • For any browser but Edge, right-click on the browser taskbar icon then hold down Shift and right-click again on the browser name

  • Select Run as different user

  • Enter your credentials in the authentication box

Logging in from home
