OneMassey login issues on Safari

When connected to the Massey network (on-campus or using VPN)

You will be prompted to login multiple times. There is currently no workaround or fix for this issue.

When disconnected from the Massey network (off-campus and not using VPN)

Staff will be presented with an external login box when trying to access OneMassey from outside of the Massey network. Staff will need to enable third party cookies to sign in successfully on Safari. Alternatively, staff can use other web browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.

How to enable third party cookies on Safari

  1. Launch Safari
  2. Select the cog wheel (top right corner) then Preferences
  3. Click on Privacy
  4. Under the Cookies and website data section, choose Always allow
  5. Close the browser window and refresh the page
