All general requests for support regarding your mobile handset and its usage go to Vodafone NZ Ltd. This includes setting up the mobile and email synchronisation. Vodafone NZ Ltd are the specialists who understands your handsets features and usability. The relevant contact for all campuses are as follows:

Please note for after hours support, you can ring the All of Government Service Centre on 888 from your mobile phone or alternatively you can ring the landline number 0800 888 264. This service is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any Vodafone related queries on your mobile.
When the handset requires physical connection to a PC, Mac or Laptop via USB, Bluetooth or Infrared you will need to contact the Service Desk.
Note: This does not include synchronisation via the Vodafone mobile network to obtain email. This is a Vodafone NZ Ltd support call.
Note: Only approved Massey owned Mobile devices will be supported by Vodafone NZ Ltd or the ITS Service Desk. If you have a personal or non-approved handset such as a Blackberry, support is not available and you should go to your supplier for support. Vodafone NZ Ltd can also provide assistance on a charge-out basis. Please contact them directly if required.
