From August 31st to October 11th staff and students from Massey University have been challenged to increase our daily step count. It is an initiative that is designed to get us up and moving in whatever way we can – from walking to dancing, to even swimming!
We want you to be part of the Massey Team, no matter how you choose to move and get active. Track your daily steps from August 31st and get Massey on the board. This challenge is open to everyone, so motivate yourself and some friends to sign up and start moving your mood!
Once registered, you will be able to link your Garmin or FitBit Smart watches to automatically register your steps.
Grab some workmates or your study buddy and join an event or two, near you!
There’s nothing that will encourage you to get your steps up and #MOVE4MASSEY like a bit of friendly competition with the Aussies!
