Tessa has over three years experience as a personal trainer and, in 2018, graduated with her Masters degree in Exercise Prescription and Training. Her qualifications and experience allow her to work with a wide range of clientele from athletes and general populations, through to those with chronic health conditions. Tessa loves people and is passionate about working with them to improve health and quality of life through movement. Her approach as a PT is to educate and inspire, always paying equal attention to enjoyment and resilience. She believes you should "enjoy whenever you can, endure whenever you must".
With 3 years of clinical experience, Josh has an extensive array of skills and knowledge that can be applied to all walks of life. Josh specialises in rehabilitation of chronic conditions, previously working with neurological and metabolic disorders, spinal injuries, and cancer patients. With a firm belief that everyone should be able to exercise, Josh can ensure an optimal training experience.
Adam specialises in sport specific training, strength and power training, corrective exercise training (muscle imbalances), and habit change. He offers a range of services including personal training, fitness testing, weight loss, and muscle building. Adam is currently completing his Master's degree in Sport and Exercise, carrying on from his study through Massey's Bachelor of Sport and Exercise (Exercise Prescription and Training). He also holds a comprehensive personal training certificate.
Adam enjoys CrossFit, rugby and mixed martial arts and likes to use multi-planar movements from these sports in his own training and when programming for clients. He is a huge fan of functional exercise and human movement and looks forward to using his knowledge in helping people with their goals and training.
