Earn points as you work you way through a series of wellbeing challenges.
These challenges should be performed every day throughout the entire 6 week challenge. They are worth 2 points each so every day you can earn 4 points through these two activities alone.
Each week you’ll have one organised challenge you can attend – these are one-off events and worth 10 points.
Along with the two ongoing challenges and the weekly challenge you have seven individual challenges to perform each week. You can do one each day in whatever order you like or complete them over the course of the week however you choose. Each challenge is worth 1 point. They are not time consuming and easy to achieve - i.e. simple things like skipping the wedges in the dining hall, going alcohol free for a day, getting seven hours of sleep, performing a random act of kindness. For each one you complete you get one point.
We will send you the challenge information and a recording sheet each week to help you record your points. Remember to fill it in and send back to us so we can record you points tally and keep your score updated on the leaderboard. Can you get a perfect score of 45 points each week? Total challenge max score is 270.
Compete as a member of your Hall or town flat. You still count in the individual challenge too but your hall's total points will be averaged by the number of participants from each hall/flat to determine the winning hall and flat.
