Thesis Title
A Resource Co-Evolutionary Model for the Internationalization of Internet Intermediary Firms: Evidence from New Zealand based Internet Payment Intermediary Firms

Research Description
This research is a process study, which explores and explains why and how the co-evolution of knowledge and network relationships influences the internationalization of the Internet intermediary firms. Process studies focus attention on how and why things emerge, develop, grow, or terminate over time. It is expected to generate knowledge that is actionable to firms that are trying to work out the sequence of moves required to capture the benefits of increased internationalization.

Personal Description
I am from Kiamusze, the most northeast city in China. After undergraduate study, I moved to the UK to continue my professional pursuit. There is an old Chinese saying, "reading ten thousands of books is not as good as traveling ten thousand miles". After I obtained my master's degree from the University of Glasgow, I applied for PhD study at Massey University, the "University of New Zealand". I will continue working in relevant fields once I finish my PhD study.
