Dr Annie Zhang, who graduated with her PhD from Massey University in 2015, hoped her thesis will help improve the financial literacy of Kiwi families.
Dr Astle was New Zealand Cricket’s national development manager for 10 years and he embarked on his doctorate to capture everything he had learned about sport development in the process.
Dr Meo-Sewabu, who is the coordinator of the Pacific Research and Policy Centre at Massey University, graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Policy from the College of Health in 2016.
Dr Fernandez began her doctoral journey at Te-Pūtahi-a-Toi – the School of Māori Art, Knowledge and Education. She transferred to Te Pūmanawa Hauora - the Māori Health Research Unit at Massey’s School of Public Health - to complete a PhD in Public Health.
