Our fully-equipped facility is a leader in the industry, boasting a comprehensive range of cardiovascular, pin-loaded, plate-loaded and free-weight training and functional training areas. Our REPS registered fitness instructors will help you achieve your health and fitness goals, by performing fitness appraisals and designing exercise programmes that are exciting, challenging and fun. There are physiotherapists on site who may be consulted regarding any rehabilitation requirements you may have. No matter what your goals are - sports, general.
All classes in yellow on the group fitness timetable are included in your membership, and we offer a number of classes throughout the week which suit a variety of interests. Our instructors are kept up-to-date with all new fitness industry developments and are REPS registered.
The Studio is also used for other activities which are NOT included in membership. These include Student Club Events and dance classes (eg. Ceroc) for which additional fees may apply. Please enquire at the Reception Desk or contact the organisers directly.
