What’s your story? Are you the first in your family to attend university, or has it been ‘what people in our family do’ for as long as you can remember? Did you come to university knowing exactly what you wanted to achieve, or did it take a little while to settle on the right track?

Whatever your story, one thing is probably true. You came to university wanting to perform to the best of your ability, and you imagine the day where you walk across the stage to get your hard earned qualification.

Ask most people why they're at uni and the answer will usually include getting good grades, passing courses and achieving academically. We also know that sometimes things happen that interfere with concentration, focus and motivation.

Sometimes issues arise due to the transition to a different way of studying, and sometimes it's because you're studying in a different culture and language. Sometimes study issues can arise due to stressful circumstances in your life.
